For a headshot, we recommend you bring two looks that are business casual and two that are more dressed up, such as dress shirts and suits. Please avoid patterns or logos on the attire. Solid colours work the best.
The timing all depends on how many looks, outfits and locations you decide to go with. One look at one location takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes of photo session.
It is truly up to you! You can bring as many as you would like, and we will discuss first the options and then decide all those we choose to use. We recommend that you get 3 - 6 of your outfits of choice.
Yes, 99% of the companies and individuals we work with, we photograph at their location.
We highly recommend booking a makeup and hair artist for your session. If you have any blemishes you don't want to show up on the photographs, the artists will work magic on you. A good makeup artist is important because you will love how you look, and it's easier to retouch makeup that has been done properly and well blended.

For environmental headshots, we can do a site visit before the shoot or help you choose the best location on the day of the shoot. For standard corporate headshots, many companies use white, but we can use any colour you choose.
We want your headshot to look like the best version of you but still natural and not over-processed. Below are the items we look at when retouching:
Areas in the photo that are too bright are toned down, and shadows are enhanced.
Lint on clothing is removed.
Skin blemishes are removed or lightened. This includes pimples, dry skin, minor scars and any discolouration.
Shiny patches of skin are minimised.
Under eye bags are lightened.
Wrinkles are softened.
Eyes are whitened, brightened and sharpened.
Discoloured teeth are whitened and cleaned.
Flyaway hairs are removed.
Visible nose, ear and unwanted facial hairs are removed.
Your headshots will be ready within two business days. For large groups, it can take up to five business days. Same-day turnaround is available for an additional fee.

We can provide a schedule template for you to have your employees sign up or get scheduled. It will have 3 lines every 10 minutes and space for everyone’s First Name, Last Name, Phone and Email Address.
We make it very efficient and easy for your team members. We schedule approximately three people every 10 minutes (about 2-5 minutes per person), so nobody will have to wait longer than 5-6 minutes.

For individuals, we will send you the download link with your high-resolution edited and retouched photos.
For groups, we will upload everyone’s photos to an online gallery. You can give your team access to the gallery so they can download their high-resolution edited and retouched pictures individually.
